In any organization, whatever it size is, the legal affairs play the role of a security valve that protects the organization’s activities and contracts. It is not possible to underestimate the significance and role of this unit due to the fact that it carries out various kinds of tasks that increase and decrease according to the relevant organizational decisions.
This unit is entrusted with conducting; reviewing; and drafting the decisions, bylaws, contracts and agreements. Moreover, it is responsible for conducting administrative investigations, suggesting the relevant penalties, interpreting the legal and regulatory rules that govern the organization’s work. Furthermore, it gives the convenient advice, recommendation and conducts the relevant research. The legal affairs unit represents the organization in front of the investigation and legal authorities, prepares the claims and proceedings as well as the juridical defense documents.
