At most of the times the word "etiquette" is inseparable from the word "protocol". For some people the meaning of these two words is somehow confusing, since the word "etiquette" stands for very polite behavior, while the word "protocol" means the decrees and it is considered the outcome of the whole requirements, traditions and decency rules that prevail treatments and international and local communications. It is also built on executing general and international rules or local and international customs.
