The changes taking place both on the regional and international sceneries make it necessary to work seriously and hardly in order to play and effective role and to acquire the capacity needed to face the challenges posed by these changes. Such objectives can only be achieved by those who believe that high quality performance is the key to sustainability and development.

From this perspective, these organizations find it a must to take care of their human resources, as they are the main asset of any development process and they are the basic factor to achieve excellence, development and reach international quality levels. This can be measured by a single indicator, which is local and external "customers" satisfaction". 

In the context of the ever-increasing changes and the strong challenges and competition, organizations are giving more attention to creating capable and efficient human resources that can face these challenges effectively. Human resources think, plan, analyze, make the decisions, and face the competitions and the market pressures as well as other various factors. Accordingly, successful organizations should pay attention to the proper selection, management, qualification and development of these resources. Moreover, motivation and enhancing active participation in the achievement of the organizations" objectives, vision and strategies are crucial issues that should be taken into consideration.

For the above mentioned considerations, we exerted significant effort to design and introduce an applied diploma programme that handles the skills, knowledge, and tools required for the development of the capacities of the HR management specialists. In this endeavor, we took into account the international criteria related to the development of those who are willing to specialize in this important and strategic area and who contribute effectively to the achievement of the organizations" objectives and strategies.

  • Attendance of 80% of the training days.
  • Obtaining a score of 65% of the total grades.
  • The certificate will be granted to those who participate in the three parts.
