Nowadays, we are witnessing a strange period of human history, since after the innovative, technological and investing human capacities have reached an unprecedented levels, the administrative abilities have fell back in a mysterious way, while the opposite should happen. Human have passed through sequential administrative stages and eras, and in every time a different card passwords were used. These cards are the ones that transfer human through different administrative stages, and it is considered also as administrative conceptions that take its shape after a period of time. Many of the managers started to blame technology and its disorders and relating it to their failure. They have also elaborated their justifications to their failure for their incompetence of misunderstanding the events. Therefore we should tell those, it's over, get rid of everything you learned and destroy all age-old administrative systems that are controlling you instead of having you controlling them. You should rearrange all your thoughts and perceptions, because all of those recent administrative basics are useless by now. You should start over after you have gained administrative leadership mentality.
